AI Governance and Ethics

Privacity helps you set up the governance, so your team builds and ships compliant AI.

What can we help you with?

`

AI system inventory & risk classification

We inventory the AI you build, deploy or procure, classify each system against the framework tiers, and tell you which duties actually apply to you, so you’re not over-engineering low-risk tools or missing obligations on the ones that matter.

Provider vs deployer obligations

Your system depends on your role, and most companies are deployers of models they didn’t build. We map whether you’re a provider, a deployer, or both for each system, and set out the concrete system requirements for each: for deployers, transparency, human oversight.

Chatbots & synthetic content transparency

We help you implement transparenmcy properly: disclosing that users are interacting with AI, and marking synthetic content as machine-generated, built into the product, not bolted on as a disclaimer.

AI governance framework & human oversight

Beyond any single requirement, you need a way to govern AI as it grows. We set up the framework: intake gates for new AI use, decision logs for high-stakes trade-offs, roles and accountability; we help you design the human oversight that the regulations and frameworks require and that good practice demands, so a person can actually understand, question, and stop the system.

AI literacy & ethical guardrails

The AI literacy duty is being highlighted consistently in many frameworks: people building and using AI need to understand its limits. We help your teams reach the required literacy and set ethical guardrails (e.g., on fairness, bias, and appropriate use) so that responsible AI is a habit across the company.

AI vendor & model due diligence

Integrating someone else’s model (GPAI) doesn’t remove your obligations. We assess the provider before integration: where your data goes, whether it trains their model, the transfer mechanism, what their DPA says, and the residual risks. You get a memo with a clear go / no-go recommendation and conditions.

Adversarial & red-team testing

The AI Act requires adversarial testing for high-risk systems. We build a structured test plan of attacks your engineers run against your system (prompt injection, jailbreaks, guardrail bypass), each tied to the concrete risk it probes, so testing targets real liability rather than a random set of jailbreaks, and the results feed your conformity assessment.

Behavioral compliance testing

We build a testing playbook tailored to your business, sector and regulatory exposure. You run your AI system against it and surface compliance gaps: where the system discloses personal or special-category data, discriminates, impersonates a human, or gives prohibited advice, each turned into the guardrail rule that was missing.

FRIA & DPIA integration

Where the AI Act requires a Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment, a DPIA doesn’t substitute for it. We support the risk assessment and technical/organisation control testing as a part of the FRIA/DPIA process.

3 reasons to have Privacity as your AI governance partner

Certified security & privacy professionals

We hold CISSP, CIPT, CIPM, CIPP/E, CIPP/US and Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) status, and we work at the intersection of AI, privacy, and engineering. We help classify your systems, run the assessments, and build the governance and controls, so you get a working AI governance setup

Datenschutz in der Technologie
Privacy and AI handled together, not twice

AI and data protection collide constantly: e.g., the same high-risk use often needs both a FRIA and a DPIA, the same processing needs both a lawful basis and AI risk management. Because we do privacy and AI under one roof, you get one integrated program

We speak both engineering and compliance

AI governance is negotiation as much as code: intake gates for new AI use, stakeholder alignment, trade-off decisions. We sit between your engineers and your obligations, turning "the framework requires X" into "here's how we build X," so nothing gets lost in translation between legal and dev
